All Bobolink Studio products are already made and ready to be shipped. What you see is what you get. But if you want a different color print, or a print from a tote bag on your t-shirt or maybe you want different color stripes on your tote bag… Just drop me a line at: mail@bobolinkstudio.com. All product prices are VAT included.

Product info (t-shirts):
85% cotton, 15% viscose. Premium quality by the French brand Sol’s.
For adults, we offer grey melange and white. For children, apple green and ash. Wash at 40C (inside out).

Product info (tote bags):
Canvas, 100% cotton, creme. 36cm x 36cm. Wash at 30C.

Product info (pillow covers):
Canvas, 80% cotton, 20% polyester, creme. 40cm x 40cm. Wash at 30C.

Processing time:
Unless no special requests are being made your order will be shipped within 1-2 business days of purchase. You will be informed of any possible delays. If for some reason, I am unable to ship your product within 30 days of purchase, you have the right to cancel your order. Upon cancellation you will receive a full refund.

Please, note that you don’t need to have a PayPal account if you want to pay this way. No extra fees will be applied.

Shipping:
Bobolink Studio ships worldwide. Free shipping to the Netherlands, to the rest of Europe (for orders without Track & Trace), and to the rest of the world (for orders without Track & Trace).  Orders can be shipped with or without Track & Trace. You can choose an option at check out. All orders in the Netherlands will be shipped with Track & Trace. Shipping costs will be calculated during check-out.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order is being shipped. If your order is with Track & Trace number, it will be provided to you. All orders will be shipped with PostNL or PostNL International.

Delivery :
Delivery time can vary depending on the destination. Bobolink Studio is not responsible for any lost products during shipping.

Custom and Import taxes:
Buyers are responsible for any custom and import taxes or for any possible delays due to customs.

Returns/exchanges:
If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me. Products can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Return costs are at your own expense. You need to provide a tracking number as a proof of your return shipment.
Once I receive your return, I will send you a notification email and you will receive a full refund for your return. I do not accept returned products if they are altered in some way, used or washed.
I do not accept returns for custom-made products. This means products that are in some way different than the original displayed on the Bobolink Studio web store. Exchanges are possible if you have received something different than ordered.
